d Reagan were your Top 10. The Bottom 10: Hayes, Hoover, Tyler, Dubya, Fillmore, Harding, Wm Harrison, Pierce, Johnson, and scrapping the bottom of the barrel, Buchanan. Just above that line, in 30th place, was Benjamin Harrison. We'll forgive him a bunch, though, because he was El Presidente when Washington, the territory, became the 42nd state, back in 1889
