Secretary Wyman, meet Secretary Williams

When you’re a state elected official, you occasionally meet officials from other states or nations, festival courts, and youth leaders.

That was the case Thursday when Secretary of State Wyman met her counterpart with the 66th YMCA Youth Legislature, Shalujuan Williams, a senior at Foss High School. The two chatted in Wyman’s office in the Capitol, comparing their roles and learning more about the office.

The Youth Legislature is meeting in Olympia this week through Saturday.
