Barthelmess will provide strategic leadership in planning, organizing, managing, and directing services and activities for youth from birth through high school. He has prior experience as a library youth services manager in Spokane and Austin, Texas. The kits were made available to more than 20 local libraries across the state courtesy of the Washington State Library.
