We recently launched our online poll for the August version of “Archives treasures,” which showcases three of the rare, interesting or cool items found in the State Archives. The results are in, and the files for the Columbia Basin Commission topped the online poll with 58 percent, besting the GamScam scandal documents (33 percent) and the toxic waste clean-up files (9 percent). We’re starting a new “Library jewels” series that features State Library items and an online poll later this week, so watch for it.
