Want to bring something new to the Thanksgiving table this year?
Get your hands on some of our staff’s most beloved recipes and family secrets in a new cookbook recently released by our office. This week, someone baked the Apple Cake recipe from the book and it was quickly devoured. (Hey, I only had two pieces …).
The cookbook, Now We’re Cookin’, is a compilation of employee-submitted recipes for entrées, appetizers, desserts and more. All proceeds will go to support the Combined Fund Drive, a wonderful statewide program that gives millions to local and national charities.
The cookbooks are available now for $12 (donations are welcome!), cash or check only – there are only 200 copies so first come, first served. Checks should be made out to Combined Fund Drive and sent to Joanie Deutsch, PO Box 40220, Olympia WA 98504. Contact [email protected] for more information.
