Secretary Reed is spending the second day of his annual college civics tour in King County, visiting North Seattle Community College, Shoreline CC, Edmonds CC, University of Washington Bothell/Cascadia CC and Bellevue College before heading south to Pierce County to meet with students at The Evergreen State College's branch campus in Tacoma.
