The event was to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the opening of the newly remodeled and expanded library. The Prosser School Board deadlocked on a vote to remove The Popularity Papers from some of its school libraries. The decision follows the February special election, when voters passed a four-year property tax levy enabling the Eastside, Hillyard and Indian Trail locations to increase operations to 40 hours a week.
