At this 8-hour workshop, led by certified instructors following a national curriculum, attendees will learn how to:
- Identify risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems;
- Find resources and information on depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and addiction disorders;
- Implement a five-step action plan to help someone developing a mental health problem or someone already in crisis;
- Identify where to turn for help in regard to professional, peer, and self-help resources.
