The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), the Washington State Library, the Department of Early Learning, School’s Out Washington, and the Washington Library Media Association (WLMA) will be convening a group of 10 to 12 teams on October 1, 2014, in Yakima to discuss future summer reading programs. Topics covered will include:
- Grant opportunities;
- Collaboration;
- Strategies for planning successful summer programs.
