After some discussion, the council requested Hutchison come back to a council meeting and present the council with a written proposal for the project. Moore replaces Joette Barry, who has moved to the number-two position at the Moses Lake Library. Shelley will assume her new duties as FVRL executive director on Monday, October 12.
