At a time when politicos are watching some close election races as final numbers soon emerge, it’s fitting that our most recent Library Jewels poll featured a tight finish between two of the three “candidates.” When the voting ended Friday night, a 1910 photo album of Northwest Washington emerged the winner with 41 percent, edging a collection of Washington territorial censuses, which gathered 39 percent. The collection of 1916 Orpheum programs and posters took third with 20 percent.(html)
