The package includes a periodicals collection, a collection of Washington and national newspapers, and resources for children and students. This new contract with ProQuest is set to begin on July 1, 2016.
- A complete listing of the content in the new ProQuest package is available along with links to detailed descriptions of the individual components on the ProQuest Package Product Descriptions page.
- Individual library prices will be posted on the Statewide Database Licensing (SDL) website after they have been calculated which will be determined by the number of participating libraries.
- Applicants must be from a public or tribal library or library branch serving a population of 10,000 or fewer in Washington State.
- Scholarship awardees must commit to a doing follow-up project.
- The deadline for applications, both the paper copy and the digital copy is July 1, 2016. Paper copies may be hand-delivered or postmarked by July 1, 2016.

- Please note, because of the July 4th holiday, First Tuesdays in July 2016 will be on the second Tuesday.
