This year’s conference, Delivering on the Discovery Expectation, promises to be an exciting one and will feature Stephen Abram as keynote speaker. Sessions include:
- “The Real Cost of ILL” presented by Lars Leon;
- “Delivering on User Expectations in a One-Click World” presented by Joanne Percy;
- “Patron-driven E-Book Initiative by the Orbis Cascade Alliance” presented by Greg Doyle.
- Study data used to inform national policy, including new digital literacy initiatives from the FCC;
- Libraries are part of the solution for those in search of the digital connection and literacy required by today’s competitive global marketplace.
