Due to construction occurring at the Corporations & Charities Dolliver building from 10/24 -12/13/24 parking will be limited and there may be unforeseen impacts that causes office closures. We highly encourage customers to file business and charity documents online through CCFS.

Effective 1/1/2024 notifications will no longer be mailed to organizations registered with the Charities Program. Notifications will only be sent to the email address that is on record.

When logging into the Corporations and Charities Filings System “CCFS”, please be sure to refresh and/or remove browser cache. The system requires you to reset your password every 120 days. All Nonprofit Annual Report, Articles of Incorporation and Reinstatement filings should be filed online via CCFS.
