Filing deadlines
- Initiatives to the People: January 6, 2025 – July 3, 2025
- Initiatives to the Legislature: March 12, 2025 - January 2, 2026
- Referendum: *April 29, 2025 – *July 25, 2025
*Not later than 90 days after final adjournment of the session in which the measure passed. These dates refer to fulfilling all required filings including the submission of the required signatures necessary for a referendum to pass. Currently Referenda need to be filed in person at The Secretary of States Office 416 Sid Snyder Ave SW, in Olympia, WA.
