Beginning January 2018 all annual report notices will come from the Secretary of State, Corporations and Charities Division. You will no longer receive notices from Department of Revenue - Business License Service for Legal Entity Annual Reports. Below is an example of the notice being sent prior to the due date, and a similar notice if the entity has become delinquent. The notice contains instructions to visit this website to file the annual report. If you have already filed your annual report by the time this notice reaches you, please disregard the notice.
