Teamwork Incentive Program Suggestion Eligibility
A Teamwork Incentive Program project is intended to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of state government by implementing process improvements that reduce costs and/or generate revenue.
Intangible benefits -- such as the improvement of safety or morale -- can also be included under the goals and accomplishments of the team project and are an important part of the improvement process.
To be considered by the board, Teamwork Incentive Program submissions must save money or create additional revenue.

The application can be submitted before or after implementation of the project

“Before” applications must be approved by the agency before the start of the project;

“After” applications must be received within one year of full implementation of the project;

Teamwork Incentive Program submissions must contain the following elements:

A brief overview of the project;

Performance measures which quantify the workflow and outcome measures of the team;

Fiscal information pertinent to outcomes;

The team must demonstrate that it has operated during the period of participation at a lower cost or with an increase in revenue with no decrease in the level of services rendered.
